Getting Started with Signia ID Dashboard

The Signia ID Dashboard is your central hub for managing applications, users, and tenants in the Signia platform.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to the Signia ID Dashboard:

https://signiaid.com

First Login

  1. Click Login on the homepage
  2. Authenticate using WebAuthn/Passkeys:
    • Face ID (iOS/macOS)
    • Touch ID (macOS)
    • Windows Hello (Windows)
    • Fingerprint (Android/Windows)
  3. On first visit, you'll be prompted to register your passkey
Passwordless Authentication

Signia uses WebAuthn for secure, passwordless authentication. Your biometric data never leaves your device.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard with these sections:

  • Applications - Manage OAuth2/OIDC applications
  • Users - View and manage user accounts
  • Tenants - Organization management (admin only)
  • Settings - Account and security settings
  • Profile - Your user profile

Quick Actions

  • Add Application - Register a new OAuth2/OIDC app
  • Invite User - Send user invitations
  • View Analytics - Authentication metrics (coming soon)

User Roles

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Can create and delete applications
  • Can manage other users
  • Can configure tenant settings

Developer

  • Can create and manage applications
  • Can view users
  • Cannot delete applications or manage other users

Viewer

  • Read-only access
  • Can view applications and users
  • Cannot make changes

Create and configure OAuth2/OIDC applications for authentication.

Now that you're familiar with the dashboard:

Common Tasks

Check Your Tenant URL

Your tenant URL is displayed in the top-right corner:

test.signiaauth.com

This is your OIDC issuer domain - you'll need it when configuring applications.

Update Your Profile

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right
  2. Select Profile
  3. Update your information
  4. Click Save Changes

Add a Backup Authentication Method

  1. Go to SettingsSecurity
  2. Click Add Authentication Method
  3. Register a new passkey (security key, another device)
  4. Name your backup method

Switch Themes

The dashboard supports light and dark modes:

  1. Click the theme toggle in the navigation bar
  2. Your preference is saved automatically

Troubleshooting

Can't access dashboard

Issue: "Access denied" error

Solution: Make sure you're using the correct tenant URL and have been invited to the organization.

Passkey not working

Issue: Biometric authentication fails

Solution:

  • Ensure your device supports WebAuthn
  • Check that biometric authentication is enabled on your device
  • Try using a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge recommended)

Dashboard loading slowly

Issue: Dashboard takes a long time to load

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Clear browser cache
  • Try a different browser

Security Features

Session Management

  • Automatic logout after 24 hours of inactivity
  • Concurrent sessions supported across devices
  • Session viewer to see active sessions

Security Alerts

The dashboard notifies you of:

  • New login from unrecognized device
  • Password reset attempts (if enabled)
  • Permission changes
  • Application modifications

Mobile Access

The dashboard is fully responsive and works on:

  • 📱 iOS (Safari)
  • 🤖 Android (Chrome)
  • 💻 Desktop browsers
  • 📟 Tablets
